2017中国-阿拉伯国家博览会 中国科学院科技成果项目册

2017中国—阿拉伯国家博览会以丝绸之路经济带沿线国家为主体、向全世界开放,积极落实“一带一路”建设内容和工作任务。其中,由宁夏自治区科技厅、中科院西安分院和中科院银川育成中心联合主办的“中国科学院与阿拉伯国家科技合作项目对接会”是整个科技对接合作的重要组成。根据阿拉伯国家的实际需求,邀请中科院有关院所,展示并对接在相关领域最新的科研成果。并从中国科学院众多项目中遴选了48项适宜合作的科技成果,编制成《中国科学院科技成果项目册》,内容覆盖现代农业、装备制造、新能源等领域,希望能够推动与阿拉伯国家开展科技合作,共同促进“一带一路”的建设发展,推动中阿合作走上强劲、创新、共赢、可持续的发展道路。

1、合成气制无水乙醇的工业化应用技术

Industrialized application technology of anhydrous ethanol from syngas

项目单位:延长中科(大连)能源科技股份有限公司

乙醇是一种重要的清洁能源,可以作为燃油替代品或者含氧添加剂使用,市场潜力巨大。由合成气出发,经二甲醚羰基化合成乙酸甲酯、乙酸甲酯加氢制乙醇是近年来备受关注的乙醇合成新工艺。该工艺选择性高、反应条件温和、催化剂价廉易得,且避免了乙醇-水共沸物的产生,节省了分离的能耗,是典型的绿色化学工艺。该技术的突破可为新能源及精细化学品提供良好的契机。陕西延长集团兴平化肥厂采用我们的技术打破了新的记录,即年产十万吨无水乙醇的工业装置于今年一月开车成功。该技术的突破,拓展了煤化工的产品,并为下游新能源及精细化学品提供了新的机遇。综上,我们的技术不仅能发挥现有化工装置的优势,还能为企业提供可观的经济效益。

Ethanol, as an important clean energy, can be used for fuel alternative or additive, which has a huge market potential. Recently, a novel indirect synthesis route of ethanol from syngas via carbonylation of dimethyl ether followed by hydrogenation of methyl acetate has attracted much attention. The route possesses several advantages such as high selectivity, mild reaction conditions, cheap catalysts as well as no poisonous emission, which accord with the principles of green chemistry. In addition, the absence of ethanol-water binary azeotrope in products significantly reduces the cost of separation. The breakthrough of this technology can offer great opportunity for new energy and industry of fine chemicals. Yanchang oil group Xingping chemical fertilizer plant got a new record by using our technology, and put into production in January with capacity of 100 000 metric tons of anhydrous ethanol per year. This breakthrough not only extends the products of coal chemical industry, but also offers new room for the downstream new energy and fine chemicals. In summary, our technology not only plays advantage of the ready chemical plant installations, but also increases the company’s economic benefits.

 

2、碳酸酯/乙二醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、清洁汽油绿色高效生产新工艺

The new process of producing carbonate/ethylene glycol, methyl methacrylate and clean gasoline green and high efficiency

碳酸酯/乙二醇作为大宗化学品广泛用于电子、医疗、汽车等行业,目前我国碳酸酯/乙二醇的年需求量约1250万吨,对外依存度大于70%。中科院过程所开发了离子液体催化合成碳酸酯联产乙二醇的高效清洁新工艺,转化率>99%,选择性>99%。目前已完成了催化剂的设计和开发,实现了催化剂的公斤级放大;在实验室小试的基础上,确定了优化的工艺条件,完成了1000小时工业侧线试验,产品质量超过国家标准;完成了工艺全流程的简化优化和能量集成,为工艺包的编制提供了基础数据。如采用新工艺建立12万吨/年碳酸二甲酯8万吨/年乙二醇联产装置,预计节能新增效益6000万元。

This project has developed a high-efficiency energy-saving technology of producing ethylene glycol and carbonate based on ionic liquids with high conversion (>99%) and selectivity (>99%). Some key technical issues for application and industrialization were investigated in detail. The problem of large-scale preparation of catalysts has been solved. The parameter for the design and selection of key equipments has been obtained. System integration for progress has been optimized. The whole process for industrial sidestream test has been completed. The carbonylation, alcoholysis and hydrolysis reactors have been investigated and developed, generating a complete technology package, and the demonstration unit has been established in collaboration with the enterprises.

甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)是一种重要的有机化工原料,用于生产有机玻璃、涂料等。针对传统丙酮氰醇法(ACH)原料限制和重污染问题,研究开发了替代有毒有害原料/介质的异丁烯为原料的清洁工艺,完成了2万吨工业示范。

Methyl methacrylate (MMA) is an important monomer for organic glasses, paint and coating additives, and so on. To avoid the environmental problems of traditional ACH process, we develop the clean MMA production process using isobutylene or tert-butyl alcohol as raw material with independent intellectual property. The 20,000 tMMA/y demonstration test shows high reaction efficiency, and economically and environmentally attractive process.

异丁烷/丁烯烷基化反应是石油化工领域中生产清洁汽油的重要手段。本项目针对商业硫酸和氢氟酸烷基化工艺中存在的设备腐蚀、环境污染和操作危险等问题,以新型催化剂和工艺的开发为核心,制备一类高效的离子液体催化剂并形成成套工艺。

Alkylation of isobutane with low-molecular olefins is an important refinery process producing high-branched isoparaffins-cleaning-burning and high-octane number blending components for gasoline pool. Commercial alkylation processes mainly use either hydrogen fluoride or sulfuric acid catalyst systems. Unfortunately, both systems pose both environmental and safety hazards. A novel environmentally benign ionic liquids –based catalytic system and The complete sets of alkylation technology and equipment have been developed by institute of process engineering, Chinese academy of science.

 

3、中东海水提镁联产免费淡化海水

Free Desalinated Water combined with Magnesium from Seawater for Middle East

项目单位:中国科学院扬州应用技术研发与产业化中心

中东地区需要大量的海水淡化工厂,淡化之后的海水浓缩液中富含金属镁。金属镁是最轻的金属材料,可以广泛替代铝和工程塑料,广泛用于汽车、手机、电脑、家电等产品中。海水中提取金属镁过程,采用清洁环保的中国工艺,成本低,效益好,并且回收其余热供应海水淡化,能够实现免费的海水淡化。将中东地区丰富的能源应用于有色金属镁的提取加工,大大延长了能源产业链,在低油价时代对稳定中东地区的经济有重要作用。随着钢铁、铝、铜、锌趋于枯竭,唯独存在于海水中的金属镁是取之不尽用之不竭的,作为第三金属,是未来人类唯一可以依靠的大宗金属材料。在21世纪的所有传统产业中,金属镁是唯一能够新晋级万亿美元级别的产业。

Arabic gulf nations need huge amount of desalinated water from seawater, but the cost and price of water are very high because desalination consumes much energy.  Chinese has an integrated solution, with which desalinated water in Middle East will be very cheap, or even FREE.  When fresh water is produced from seawater, brine is remained as waste and returned back into the sea.  Actually, the brine, a kind of marine mineral resource, comprises abundant Magnesium element up to millions tons in each cubic kilometer of brine.  The thermal extractive process of Mg goes through 1200-1700℃, and therefore a lot of energy is need for extraction of metallic Mg while a quite bit of waste heat will be discharged.  The waste heat, useless to the Mg ingots, is very available for desalination.  Consequently, if a desalination facility is integrated with a Mg plant based on the Chinese industrial solution, the heat or power cost of the water supply is zero cost, as well the other cost of water will be covered with the utilizing brine.

 

4、分散污水膜法一体化设备

Integrated Equipment for Dispersing Wastewater Membrane Process

国际上首次采用纳米纤维增强膜发明专利技术和处理器一体化集成专利技术,集成SMBR膜法智能污水处理器。设备拥有膜寿命长、工艺流程短、除磷脱氮效率高、有机污泥近零排放、高效节能(吨水综合运行成本低)、自动化程度高、占地面积小、可移动的等特点的新型污水处理装备。系统拥有优异的系统稳定性,排水水质达到国家一级A标及城市再生水回用标准,部分指标达到地表水Ⅳ类水质标准。目前应用于村镇污水处理、社区污水处理、酒店、工厂、景区等。可以解决用地紧张,分散式污水收集难,工艺管理复杂,传统污水处理工艺水质不稳定等诸多问题。

Unprecedentedly in the world, the patented inventiontechnology of nano-fiber reinforced membrane and integration patented technology of processor are introduced to the integration of intelligent wastewater treatment processor of SMBR membrane process.The equipment is a new sewage treatment equipment with the characteristics of long life of the membrane, short technological process, high efficiency of phosphorus removal and denitrification, near-zero emission of organic sludge, high efficiency of energy saving (low cost of integrated operation of tons of water), high degree of automation, small footprint and movable. The excellent stability of system ensures the drainage water quality meet the National First Grade Standard A and Urban Recycled Water Reuse Standard. Some indicators are even up to the Surface Water IV Water Quality Standard. Till now, it has been applied to sewage treatment in villages and towns, community sewage disposal, hotels, factories, scenic spots etc. Various problemssuch asscarcity of land, collection difficulty of decentralized waste water, complicated process management and unstable water quality of traditional sewage treatment can be addressed.

 

5、小型海水淡化技术与设备

Small Seawater Desalination Technology and Equipment

项目单位:中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院

针对阿方海水淡化的需求,开发集成反渗透膜技术与纤维脱硼等技术的小型海水淡化一体化设备,水质达到世界卫生组织饮用水标准。处理量从1吨/天到1000吨/天。设备外观可以根据客户需求自行设计,如桌面摆放型、集装箱式等结构,使用简单,家电式操作。在地区能源供给较差的地区,配备光伏发电系统,转换效率极高,平均达到22.5%. 应用领域:海岛、船舶用水、海岸沿线分散居民点、建筑工地、移动/应急式供水等。

In order to meet the requirement of water desalination on the Argentine side, small integrated equipment for seawater desalination is developed for the integration of reverse osmosis membrane technology and fiber de-boron and other technologies, leading to the water quality meetingDrinking Water Standard of World Health Organization.The treatment capacity is 1 ton/day to 1000 tons/day. The appearance of equipment can be designed according to requirements of different customers such as desktop placing, container type and other structures, catering to simple, household appliance operation. Inareas with poor regional energy supply, it is equipped with photovoltaic power generation system with high conversion efficiency, 22.5% on average.The areas of application are mainly islands in the sea, ship water, scattered settlements along the coast, construction sites, and mobile/emergency water supply etc.

 

6、空气制水装备

Air Water Production Equipment

项目单位:中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院

原理是无需水源,通过吸收空气中水分子,进行冷凝收集经过多级净化处理的新一代多功能技术。具有以下优点:空气净化:在家庭居室或办公场所中对环境进行空气净化,高效空气滤网过滤空气的大颗粒物质、粉尘、烟气等,改善空气质量,避免过多吸入有害物质,影响呼吸道及肺部健康;环境除湿:大量吸收空气中多余的水汽,使室内的湿度得到平衡,创造更好的宜居环境;

水净化系统:含有多种水过滤技术,使用高性能活性炭滤芯组件,包括陶氏宇航技术中孔径仅有0.0001微米的RO反渗透过滤技术,以及高效紫外灯抑(杀)菌技术,使空气制水机的水符合国家相关规定,水质呈小分子团、弱碱性、含优异的微量元素,避免了二次污染源。

As a new-generation multi-function technology, the principle is based on multistage purification treatment after condensational collection by absorbing the water molecules in the atmosphere, which saves sources of water. It has the following advantages:

Air purification:It is capable of air purification of environment in household bedrooms or office space. Its high-efficiency air filter can deal withlarge particulate matter, dust and smoke, etc., improving air quality, and avoid excessive inhale ofhazardous substances which impact the health of respiratory tract and lungs.Environmental dehumidification: By absorbinglarge amounts of excessive water vapor in the air, it realizes balance of indoor humidity and creates a better livable environment.Water purification system:A variety of water filtration technologies are involved. At the same time, high-performance activated carbon filter components are utilized, including the RO reverse osmosis filtration technology (aperture of 0.0001 microns)amongDow aerospace technologies and efficient UV Light (kill)bacteriostatics(sterilization)technology. All these make the water in air water machine in conformity with relevant provisions of the state, and the water quality in smallerH20 cluster, of weak alkaline and contain excellent microelements. In this way, it avoids the secondary source of pollution

 

7、饲用甜高粱新品种及喂饲牛羊的应用

Breeding and mass production of sweet sorghum for cow/cattle and lamb feeding

项目单位:中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所

中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所通过传统育种结合现代生物技术手段,先后培育出饲用甜高粱新品种多个,并在全国进行大面积的示范推广。制定了甜高粱的规模化栽培管理技术规程;同时制定出适应不同地区的甜高粱青贮模式和甜高粱喂饲牛/羊的科学配方。饲用甜高粱的特点:一是甜高粱生物量大、产量高,是玉米产量的2倍左右;二是甜高粱抗逆性很强,较玉米耐盐碱和抗旱。三是甜高粱作为青贮饲料适口性好、叶片蛋白含量高;喂饲甜高粱比玉米每头牛每天产奶量增加1.50Kg左右;喂饲甜高粱的肉牛增重也很明显。四是引入新的青贮饲料打破单一的青贮饲料来源,有利于改善牛/羊的饮食结构;起到合理膳食,营养均衡,有利于牛羊的健康及提高牛奶和肉的品质。

Through traditional breeding combined with modern biotechnology, scientists in the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology of Chinese Academy of Sciences (IGDB-CAS) has cultivated new varieties of sweet sorghum, and carried out the large-scale demonstration and production planting cross the whole country in China, especially in those marge lands. The technology of large-scale cultivation and management of sweet sorghum were formulated. At the same time, the sweet sorghum silage model and the scientific formula of sweet sorghum fed cattle/sheep were carried out. The forage sweet sorghum characteristics are: First, sweet sorghum biomass has high yield and is about 2 times of maize; Second, sweet sorghum shows high tolerance to salt, alkali and drought compared with maize. Third, sweet sorghum has good palatability with a high leaf protein content as a silage, and the milk production cow/day fed with sweet sorghum increased by 1.55 kg than maize; feeding with sweet sorghum, weight gain of beef cattle and lamb is also very obvious. Fourth, the introduction of sweet sorghum silage can break the single source of maize silage, improve the cattle/lamb diet structure and provide a reasonable diet and achieving nutritional balance. It is conducive to the health of cattle and lamb and improving the quality of milk and meat.

8、马铃薯肥料增效剂

Potato fertilizer synergistic agent

项目单位:中国科学院微生物研究所

马铃薯肥料增效剂可以促进植物生长发育,并在土壤中可以形成一张细密的网,把养分固定在作物根部,使其缓慢释放,从而减少流失,提高肥料利用率。该技术可提高肥料利用率30%,减少养分流失15%;等养分使用,增产≥10%,增收≥100元/亩,产投比≥7.5: 1;减少肥料用量20%使用,作物不减产,还可免追肥。该技术已在黑龙江、宁夏、内蒙、安徽、河北等省马铃薯、玉米、蔬菜等作物上大面积示范应用。

 Hydrolysis of Urea (or other nitrogenous chemical fertilizer) by soil urease and subsequent migration result in great fertilizer loss, which leads to serious environmental and health problems facing the world today. To tackling the challenges, a novel fertilizer synergist (FS) was invented by using metabolites from multiple beneficial microorganisms loaded on 3-dimensional natural nanomaterial. 5-year field experiments demonstrated thatcompared with traditional chemical fertilizer, FS supplements could effectively immobilize the nutrients to the potato rhizosphere soil, promote crop growth and accelerate its development, significantly reduce the nutrient loss by 15%, and improve fertilizer utilization efficiency by 30% (for technological detail, please see ChemSusChem 10: 2068-79). The relevant patent has been granted, and its commercial products have been widely used in cultivating potato, corn, rice and other crops in Heilongjiang, Ningxia, Inter Mongolia and other 15 provinces in China.

 

9、农药控失剂

Pesticide control

项目单位:中国科学院微生物研究所

农药控失剂可以形成一张细密的网,将农药分子装起来,增强农药在作物叶面上的附着力,减少下雨、风吹、日晒引起的流失,提高农药利用率,延长药效。该技术可以减少农药流失25%,延长药效期5-7天;等药量使用,提高防效≥22.45%;等频率使用,减少农药用量20%,不减防效;等药量使用,减少施药次数40%,不减防效,节本55元/亩。该技术已在宁夏、安徽、黑龙江、内蒙、甘肃等省马铃薯、玉米、水果等作物上推广1000万亩。

Traditional pesticide (herbicide or fungicide) applied to crop foliage is easily washed off and transported to the surrounding land and water by rainfall events, which brings the serious environmental pollutions and ecological issues. To reduce pesticide loss, we developed a loss-control pesticide (LCP) by adding attapulgite with a nanonetworks structure fabricated using physical-chemical technology. LCP conduces to pesticide binding to foliage, significantly improves pesticide retention on crop leaf surfaces. Compared with the traditional pesticide formula, LCP increased higher adhesion capacity, reduced leaching and volatilization by 25%, decreased the pesticide inputs by 22%, and extended residual activity by 5-7 days. The techniques has been widely used in Ningxia, Anhui, Heilongjiang, Inter Mongolia, Gansu and other provinces , and marketing application has been reached to nearly 1 million ha in China.

 

10、滴灌精准灌溉水肥一体化技术

Precision drip fertigation technology

项目单位:中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所

本成果历时20年以上,从过程机理研究入手,通过长期系统田间试验:发现控制特征点土壤基质势可有效控制作物根区水分状况,建立了20多种作物生长、耗水与该点土壤基质势的关系,并提出了微灌农田水分管理方法;在干旱区控制特征点土壤基质势在特定阈值时,可很好地实现盐分淋洗,提出了水盐调控精确施肥灌溉方法;建立了“分户”、“分组”和“统一”3种适合不同类型用户的灌溉模式;创新了过滤、注肥和控制系统及土壤墒情监测装置等关键设备;研发了“硬件”和“软件”集成为一体的“傻瓜化”成套技术产品。

该技术已经成为国际上自成体系的技术。具有简便易操作、节水增产效果显著等特点。应用表明,可节水35~63%,增产16~50%,每年节省生产费用110~190元/亩。     

The research has lasted for more than 20 years. Starting from the process of mechanism research, through the long-term systematic field trials:  it was found that controlling the soil matric potential at characteristic point can effectively control water status in crop root zone, and established the relationships between the soil matric potential and the growth, water consumption of more than 20 kinds of crops, and proposed water management method for drip irrigation farmland.  it was found in arid area when the soil matric potential at characteristic point was controlled at a certain threshold, the salt leaching can be well achieved, and put forward the method of water and salt regulation and precision fertigation for drip irrigation. the "household", "group" and "unified" irrigation models for three different types of users were established; filter system, fertilizer injector system and control systems, soil moisture monitoring devices and other key equipment were innovated; sets of "hardware" and "software" integrated products and technology were developed.

The technology is international self-contained. It is simple, easy to operate, water saving and yield increasing. The application shows that 35 to 63% water can be saved, 16 to 50% yield can be increased, and 110 to 190 yuan was saved per mu per year in production costs.

本成果历时17年以上,通过长期系统的试验研究:发现喷灌过程中冬小麦的冠层截留最大值为1mm左右,可以忽略;整个生育期内,喷灌农田近地面空气温度降低、湿度增大,农田蒸发减小;冬小麦无效分蘖少,光合作用关键酶的活性和叶绿素含量均高于地面灌溉,产量高,水分和肥料利用效率提高;建立了基于冠层顶部20cm蒸发皿的喷灌条件下冬小麦耗水量估算模型,研究出了简便实用喷灌灌溉计划制定方法;建立了微量喷灌降低冠层附近空气温度与空气温度、空气相对湿度和风速的关系,提出了微量喷灌调节农田小气候的新方法;研究成果在国际上自成体系。具有方法简便准确、成本低、效果好等特点。应用表明,可节水30%以上,增产10%以上。    

The research has lasted for more than 17 years. Through long-term, systematic, continuous experimental study:it was found that the maximum canopy interception value of winter wheat was about 1 mm, which can be ignored; it was discovered that the air humidity in sprinkler-irrigated fields were higher than that in surface-irrigated fields during the whole growing season of winter wheat, whereas the air temperature, and farmland evaporation were lower; under sprinkler irrigation, the ineffective tillers decreased, the activity of the key photosynthesis enzymes (Rubisco) and the chlorophyll content increased, and resulted in yield, water use efficiency and fertilizer use efficiency increased when compared to those under surface irrigation.  a model for estimating water consumption of winter wheat under sprinkler irrigation condition based on 20 cm standard pan placing on the top of crop canopy was developed; a simple and practical method of sprinkle irrigation schedule was established. the relationship between the reduced air temperature near the canopy and air temperature, air relative humidity and wind speed under microscale sprinkler was established; a new method to adjust the microclimate of sprinkle irrigation farmland through microscale irrigation was proposed.

The technology is international self-contained. It is simple, accurate, low cost, and sound effects. The application shows that more than 30% water can be saved, and more than 10% yield can be increase.

 

12、咸水/微咸水滴灌技术

Saline water / brackish water drip irrigation technology

本成果历时15年以上,通过长期系统的试验研究:发现采用垄作和地表覆盖的农艺措施,控制特征点土壤基质势在特定阈值,可有效地维持土壤中的盐分平衡,不产生盐分持续积累的问题;发现高土壤基质势有效地补偿了由于灌溉水含有盐分而降低的渗透势,盐分对产量的影响明显减小,作物的产量明显高于已有技术。 提出了咸水/微咸水水盐调控方法,建立了番茄、黄瓜、糯玉米、油葵、棉花、枸杞、月季等10多种植物的咸水/微咸水滴灌技术体系,研究出的技术在国际上自成体系,比以往水盐调控方法更为简便、更为准确,节省淡水资源并且高产。

The research has lasted for more than 15 years. Through long-term, systematic, continuous experimental study:it was found that the agronomic measures of tillage and surface cover, and the soil matric potential at characteristic point controlled at a certain threshold, can effectively maintain the salt balance in the soil, and will not cause the salt accumulation in the soilthe high soil matric potential can effectively compensate the decreased soil osmotic potential caused by the salinity in saline water; the effect of salinity on yield was obvious reduced, and crop yield was significantly higher than that of existing technology. the salt and water regulation method with saline/ brackish water under drip irrigation was put forward; saline/brackish water drip irrigation technologies for tomato, cucumber, waxy corn, sunflower, cotton, Chinese wolfberry, rose and more than 10 kinds of plants were established.

The technology is international self-contained. It is simpler and more accurate than the previous water and salt regulation method. It can save fresh water resources and achieve high production with saline/brackish water.


13、盐碱地农业新技术

New technology of saline sodic land agricultural utilization

本成果历时 13年以上,通过长期、系统、连续的田间试验研究:研究出了盐碱地上保证非饱和水分运动的适宜滴头流量确定方法、滴灌水在土壤中的二次再分配方法、盐碱地上负压计特殊埋设方法等关键方法;发现控制特征点土壤基质势在特定阈值,不但可以实现盐分的快速淋洗,而且能够在地下水浅埋时抑制毛管水分向上运动,提出了盐碱地水盐调控方法;并建立了可使这类盐碱地在2~3年内成为高产田的技术体系。

研究成果在国际上自成体系技术。可使原来传统方法难以开发利用的重度盐碱地得以开发利用,并且土壤快速脱盐,土壤理化性质和微生物状况迅速改善,土壤生产力水平在2~3年内大幅度提高,作物生长良好,产量同周边良田相当。  

The research has lasted for more than 13 years. Through long-term, systematic, continuous field trials: the method of determining the appropriate drip flow to form unsaturated water movement in saline sodic soil, the method of achieving soil water secondary redistribution under drip irrigation in saline sodic soil, the special method of burying tensiometers in saline sodic soil were creatively proposed; it was found when the soil matric potential at characteristic point controlled at a certain threshold, can not only rapid leach the salt, but also prevent the capillary water from moving upward when the groundwater is shallow; the salt and water regulation method in saline sodic soil under drip irrigation was put forward; the technologies for the saline sodic lands to become high production lands in 2 to 3 years were established.  

The technology is international self-contained. By this technology, the soil physical and chemical properties and the microbial condition of the saline sodic lands can be improved rapidly, the land productivity level can be improved greatly in 2 to 3 years, the crop grows well, and the yield can be as high as that of good lands in the surrounding.

2. Microbial inoculants enhanced bioremediation technique

In order to improve the remediation efficiency, the company has independently developed the special fertilizer for Sedum plumbizincicola and heavy metal activator. And we have realized mass production to further improve the absorption efficiency of the heavy metals in the soil.

15、“潇湘一号”科学实验卫星

“XX-1”Navigation signal enhancement

“潇湘一号”卫星是基于国际立方星标准的一颗微小卫星,由天仪研究院自主研制,6U结构, 8kg重,23W的功耗,长345mm宽250mm高132mm,其研制周期(需求-设计-研制-发射 )不足一年。其主要任务是进行多项航天新技术试验,包括:空间软件无线电试验、导航信号增强试验、高性能星载计算机、高精度光学稳像系统。于2016年11月在酒泉卫星发射基地搭载长征十一号运载火箭成功发射。这也是我国首颗商业化科学实验卫星。

Spacety has independently developed "XX-1" within one year (requirements-design-manufacture-launch), It has 6U international standard CubeSat structuremeasures 345mm*250mm*132mm and weights 8kg. It has the power consumption of 23W and a planned lifetime of about 1 year. It takes four payloads for scientific research, which includes Software-defined radio experiment, Signal enhanced technology experiment, optical image stabilization verification and new OBC verification.  XX-1 has successfully launched by CZ-11 in Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on 10, November 2016. It is also the first commercial satellite for scientific research in China.

 

16、“陈家镛一号”微重力科学实验卫星

DIDO-2”Microgravity chemical experiment

"陈家镛一号(DIDO 2)"卫星由以色列SpacePharma公司和天仪研究院、中国科学院过程工程研究所、中国科学院力学所基于各自的研究积累和技术优势联合研制。以国际标准的3U立方星作为便捷的微重力科学实验平台,这是我国首次在太空开展化工领域科学实验,将完成多相化工流体力学与传递等应用科学实验研究。于2017年2月 成功发射。

DIDO 2 was developed by SpacePharma (an Israeli satellite company), Spacety, Institute of process engineering and Institute of mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, based on their respective research and technical advantages. Using the 3U international standard CubeSat as a convenient microgravity platform, it was the first time for China to bring out chemical engineering experiments in space. DIDO 2 was successfully launched in February 2017, and it would complete the experiments in multiphase fluid mechanics and chemical transfer applications while working in space

21、寡糖绿色农用制剂应用集成技术

Application integration technology of oligosaccharide green agricultural preparation

寡糖来源于天然产物,具有诱导植物抗病、抗逆、增产等多重功效。本成果研发了系列寡糖生物农药、肥料,在小麦、水稻、果树、蔬菜、经济作物等植物上经过大规模示范试验,建立了寡糖绿色农用制剂在农业生产上的应用技术规范10 余项。针对不同作物及病害防治形成了寡糖农用制剂与其它绿色生防制剂的集成技术,实现了地上、地下,土壤、作物生物制剂联防技术体系,取得了良好效果。寡糖农用制剂产品已在全国20 多个省市推广应用,其中在30 多种主要农作物上累计推广达4500 多万亩次,并被国家农业技术推广服务中心列为2012-2014 年重点推广产品。本成果实现了寡糖绿色农用制剂的产业化和推广应用,近三年已取得直接和经济效益近百亿元。

Oligosaccharides derived from natural products, has multiple positive effects on plants,including induction of plant disease resistance, enhancement of plant abiotic stress resistance and promotion of plant production. In this research achievements, a series of oligosaccharides biological pesticides and fertilizers were developed,and were further applied in wheat, rice, fruit trees, vegetables, cash crops and other plants on a large-scale demonstration test. More than 10 of technical specifications of oligosaccharides green agricultural formulations were established. For different crops disease prevention and control, the integrated technology were achieved through combining oligosaccharide pesticide with other green biocontrol agents,which forming a defense technology system. The integrated technology showed a good application effects. Oligosaccharides agricultural products have also been applied in more than 20 provinces and cities nationwide.The total demonstration application area in more than 30 major crops is above 4500 million Mu Ci. It was listed as

the 2012 to 2014 focus promoting products by the National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center.

This research achievements realiezed the industrialization and application of oligosaccharide green agricultural formulations. direct and economic benefits of nearly 10 billion yuan has been achieved in recent three years.

 

22、液流电池储能技术及应用

All-Vanadium Flow Battery Technology and Application

我所储能技术研究部经过十余年的研究开发,完成了从实验室基础研究到产业化工程应用,从关键材料到系统集成的发展过程,是全球唯一掌握了完整的全钒液流电池储能全产业链的团队。该成果共申请国家专利200余件,授权专利100余件;项目成果获2015年国家技术发明二等奖以及2015年中国原创技术奖。2008年完成了国内首套100kW系统的示范应用,2012年完成世界最大规模5MW/10MWh全钒液流电池商业化示范系统,技术指标和工业化进程均处于国际领先水平。该项目已完成30余套应用示范工程,领军国家及国际液流电池标准的制定,在国内外率先建成年产300兆瓦储能装备基地,开创了我国液流电池储能新兴产业。

The Division of Energy Storage at Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (CAS) has achieved the development process from experimentally fundamental investigations to the industrial engineering application, and from key materials to the system integration after the long-term research and development. At present, the Division of Energy Storage is the only group that masters the integrated industry chain of vanadium flow batteries around the world. Up to now, this group has applied more than 200 national patents, among which over 100 patents have been authorized. Besides, its project outcomes were honored with “2015 State technological invention award” and “2015 China Original Technology Award”. This group finished the first national 100 kW demonstration project in 2008. And in 2012, this group completed the world largest 5 MW/10MWh commercial demonstration system of vanadium flow batteries, whose technical indicators and industrial process were in advanced world level. This project has accomplished more than 30 application demonstrations projects, leading national and international standard setting for flow batteries. Furthermore, this group established the 300 MW/year equipment base for the energy storage, opening up the national burgeoning industry of flow battery energy storage.

 

23、锌镍单液流电池技术

Zinc-nickel Single Flow Batteries Technology

锌镍单液流电池具有能量密度高、安全、环境友好、成本低的特点。大连化物所储能电池研究团队对锌镍单液流电池技术进行了深入系统研究,突破了制约电池功率密度、储能容量等技术瓶颈,大大降低了系统成本。成功开发了kW级锌镍单液流电池组。通过电池结构优化、改善正极物质传递的方法,实现了锌镍单液电池在40 mA/cm2运行时的能量效率达到85 %的性能指标。电池成本每千瓦时约1500元人民币。

Zinc-nickel single flow batteries have the characteristics of high energy density, safety, environment friendly, and low cost. The technology of zinc-nickel single flow batteries were studied deeply and systematically by the division of energy storage at dalian institute of chemical physics. They brokethrough the technical bottleneck which was considered as restricting the power density and energy storage capacity of the battery, which reduces the system cost greatly. This team has successfully developed the kW-class zinc-nickel single flow battery. By optimizing the battery structureimproving the way of mass transfer in positive electrode, the energy efficiency of their battery could reach 85% in 40 mA/cm2. The battery costs about 1500 RMB per kilowatt hour.  

 

24、锌镍单液流电池技术

大连化物所储能电池研究团队开发的锌溴单液流电池具有能量密度高、系统结构简单、环境友好、成本低等特点, 2016年成功组装出1kW锌溴单液流电池系统,电池组显示出了良好的循环稳定性及能量效率,在40mA/cm2运行条件下,能量效率保持在80%左右,为同类电池组的国际最高性能。目前正在进行5kW电池组的组装测试。电池成本不高于2000元/kWh。

The division of energy storage at dalian institute of chemical physics developed zinc bromine single flow battery with high energy density, simple structure, low cost, environment friendly. Successfully assembled 1kW zinc bromine single flow battery system in 2016, battery shows good cycling stability and energy efficiency, in 40mA/cm2 operating conditions, energy efficiency remained at around 80%, for the same kind of battery the highest international performance. Assembly testing of 5kW batteries is under way. The battery cost is less than 2000 RMB/kWh.

 

25、催化湿式氧化处理高浓度难降解有机废水技术

Treatment of high concentration refractory organic wastewater by Catalytic wet air oxidation

催化湿式氧化法是在湿式氧化法基础上于八十年代中期国际上发展起来的一种治理高浓度有机废水的先进环保技术。是在一定的温度、压力和催化剂的作用下,经空气氧化,使污水中的有机物及氨分别氧化分解成CO2 H2O及N2等无害物质,达到净化的目的。催化湿式氧化法具有净化效率高,流程简单,占地面积小等特点,有广泛的工业应用前景。催化湿式氧化适用于治理焦化、染料、农药、印染、石化、皮革等工业中含高化学需氧量或含生化法不能降解的化合物(如氨氮、多环芳烃、致癌物质BAP等)的各种工业有机废水。

Catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO), which was developed in 1980s based on wet air oxidation (WAO), is considered to be effective to the degradation of highly concentrated contaminants as an emerging technique. With the assistance of catalysts under high temperature and pressure, the organics could be mineralized or converted into easily biodegraded products by the oxidation of air. The advantages of CWAO process relative to other techniques include the possibility of simultaneous removal of organics and nitrogen/sulfur compounds in only hours, a compact plant design for low space requirements and no secondary pollutants including sludge and ashes. Compared with WAO, the employment of efficient catalysts in CWAO makes it possible to achieve better results under the relaxed conditions. Therefore, CWAO is always utilized to treat various wastewaters with complex composition and highly concentrated refractory compounds discharged from the industries such as coking, petrochemistry, pesticide manufacturing and food processing.

CWAO reaction is generally carried out at temperatures between 150 and 320 oC under pressures ranging from 5 to 200 bars in the presence of heterogeneous catalyst. The economical efficiency of CWAO depends on the characteristics of wastewater and treatment requirements. The running cost of CWAO is close to being competitive with or even lower than that of biological process from the view of the reduced CODCr per kilogram per unit time, especially for the wastewater with high COD value of over ten thousands. The wastewater with COD of over 20,000 mg/L could be treated without supplying any auxiliary fuel that significantly reduces the investment and running costs.


26、咸水灌溉种植盐生植物及其饲料化利用

盐生植物是指盐渍生境中自然分布并能完成其生活史的植物区系。新疆是我国盐渍土集中分布的大区,广袤的盐渍土生境上生长着种类众多的盐生植物,这是盐渍化生境中唯一能够生长的自然植被,是宝贵的资源。新疆盐生植物中,蕴藏着丰富的具有开发潜力的盐生经济植物,其中盐生饲料牧草植物就约200余种。盐生饲料牧草植物的筛选种植不仅可使盐碱荒地迅速绿化,同时也为发展畜牧业提供了良好的饲料。一些盐生植物含有较高的生物产量,粗蛋白含量、甜菜碱及各类矿物质成分亦十分丰富,可与其它饲料搭配使用。重新认识盐渍土资源,加强对盐生植物资源的研究,对于加快盐渍土的开发利用,促进区域经济发展和环境建设具有重要意义。

 Halophytes are plants that are naturally distributed in saline habitats and can complete their life history. There is about 11 million hm2 of saline land in Xinjiang, which accounts for about 1/3 of that in China. Large amount of halophytes are naturally growing in this area. According to the potential utilization, more than 200 species could for forage. Some halophytes have a higher biological yield, and abundant in crude protein, betaine, various minerals. The main factor that limit halophytes for forage utilization is the high content of salt and oxalate, therefore, they are not suitable be a single feedstock resource for a long-period, need to be mixed with other fodders. Electromagnetic ultrasonic detector achieves the nondestructive testing of workpieces by applying the transduction principle of electricity, magnetism and sound to activate and receive the ultrasonic wave. This kind of detector is superior to ordinary ultrasonic detectors. Bomb disposal robots are developed to meet the urgent demand of state for dealing with increasing terroristic events. Since 2002, we developed a series of large-sized and medium-sized robots, named as “Smart Lizard”, including “Smart Lizard A”, “Smart Lizard B”, “Smart Lizard HW” and “Smart Leopard”. The series of “Smart Lizard” bomb disposal robots adopt a novel mobile mechanism of “track-flipper-wheel”, thus, track mechanism can be choose to enhance the Cross Country capability as well as the capability of negotiating obstacle and stair; Wheel mechanism can be choose to move fast on even terrain. Manipulator is designed to be modular, thus the number of degrees of freedom can be changed easily. Gripper can be replaced with scissors, hook or water gun. Robot takes on the capability of resistance of high temperature, low temperature, light rain, and a certain extent paddle. Thanks to the obliquity sensor, “Smart Lizard HW” can climb stairs autonomously, avoiding overturn. For “Smart Lizard HW” robot, another mobile mechanism is adopted, which can move faster than “Smart Lizard” robot. Besides, manipulator arm can be controlled in two modes: independent control of each segment, direct control of the gripper (the speed of movement of the manipulator’s remaining segments is controlled automatically)

云主机 Live Migration 技术,SpeedyCloud 自主研发的云主机Live Migration技术,采用多种迁移策略相结合的方式,将云主机迁移的downtime控制在10毫秒以内,目前该水平达到国内领先。迁移过程保证虚拟机的服务可用性,对用户完全透明无感知。

迁移的数据包含三类:磁盘、内存,设备状态(CPU 寄存器状态),数据的迁移基于 TCP 协议,通过网络来传输完成,包括准备阶段、全量数据迁移阶段、变更数据迁移阶段。在迁移过程中SpeedyCloud采用 pre-copy 策略,通过不断的快速循环来完成数据的拷贝,在时机合适时,即单次循环拷贝数据大于变更数据时,进行网络环境切换,并瞬间同步设备状态,之后停止源服务器,启用目标服务器,完成整体的迁移过程。

Cloud server Live Migration technology: The Live Migration technology is fully developed by SpeedyCloud, using the combination of multiple migration policies and is able to control the migration downtime within 10 millisecond. So far, this technology has reached the advanced level in China. During the migration process, the service of the virtual machine is still available and is completely transparent to the users.

The migrated data contains three categories: disk, memory, and device status(the register status of CPU ). Data migration is based on the TCP protocol and finishing data transmission via network. The whole process includes three phases which are preparation phase, full data migration phase, change data migration phase. SpeedyCloud uses pre-copy strategy and complete copies of the data through continuous rapid cycling. While the single loop of copying data is greater than the change of the data, the network environment will be switched and  the state of the device will be instantaneously synchronized. After that, the source server will be stopped which enables the target server, and the the overall migration process is completed successfully after that.

天然橡胶种受产地、气候、政治和经济等因素影响全球天然橡胶供给,同时杂质和分子结构的不同也影响着橡胶性能。作为国家战略资源,合成橡胶意义凸显,中国科学院长春应用化学研究所是中国合成橡胶的发祥地,也是新中国第一块合成橡胶的诞生地,为国家及世界合成橡胶发展做出了突出贡献。

中科院长春应化所突破了稀土催化合成天然橡胶的核心技术,集成先进的反应器、自动控制和节能环保等技术,完成了国内首套万吨级稀土异戊橡胶生产技术工艺包,开创了我国万吨级异戊橡胶生产装置建设周期最短,一次开车成功的先河。该套稀土异戊橡胶生产线自主研发,单线产能最大,能耗物耗最低,节能环保先进等特点,产品关键指标超过国外同类产品水平。在不改变原轮胎生产工艺的情况下,首次以100%替代天然橡胶,成功应用于全钢载重子午轮胎,性能达到国家各项标准。项目投资预计2亿人民币。

 Natural rubber is affected by the producing area, climate, politics and economic factors, etc, which affect the global supply of natural rubber. Meanwhile the difference of impurities and molecular structure also has an effect on the performance of rubber. So synthetic rubber is of great significance as national strategic resource. Changchun institute of applied chemistry, Chinese academy of sciences is the birthplace of synthetic rubber in China, which produced the first piece of synthetic rubber in new China and made important contributions to the development of synthetic rubber in the country and the world.

Changchun institute of applied chemistry, Chinese academy of sciences had a breakthrough on the core technology of rare-earth metal catalyzed synthetic natural rubber, which integrated advanced reactors, automatic control technique, energy-conservation and environmental technology, etc. It has completed the first domestic process package for 50000 tons/year’s rare earth isoprene rubber industrialization technology and had the shortest construction period of 10000-ton isoprene rubber production installations in China, achieving a success on initial commissioning. This set of environment friendly rare earth isoprene rubber production line developed in-house and had the largest single-track capacity, the lowest energy and material consumption, making the products which have proved to be better than foreign products in the vital key performance indicators and entirely replace natural rubber for the first time, without changing the original production technology of tire. Now it has been successfully used in all steel radial truck tires. The tests showed that all China standards were satisfied. The investment of the project will have a total budget of 200 million RMB.

高性能绿色轮胎具有高环保、低能耗、超安全等优点,符合欧盟标签法的节油、抗湿滑、耐磨等要求。与传统轮胎相比,高性能绿色轮胎的滚动阻力可降低22%~35%,汽车燃料消耗减少3%~8%。稀土顺丁橡胶绿色轮胎将成为轮胎市场上的主流产品。

中科院长春应化所率先在国际上开发出稀土顺丁橡胶,该项目突破了稀土化合物配位催化聚合的关键技术,制备的高性能绿色顺丁橡胶具有高顺式和完美的线性链结构、超低的玻璃化转变温度,与溶聚丁苯橡胶并用,可赋予轮胎良好的耐屈挠、低滚动阻力与耐磨性,有效调控“魔三角”性能。现已形成具有自主知识产权的高效、稳定、均相、低成本稀土催化剂制备技术和万吨级顺丁橡胶制备技术。整套装置工艺安全环保,制备的轮胎油耗和抗湿滑性能达到欧盟双B级水平。项目投资预计2亿人民币。

High-performance green tire has the advantages of high environmental protection, low energy consumption and super-safety degree, etc, which meet the requirements in Eu−labeling law, such as fuel-efficient, wet resistance and wear resistance. Compared with the traditional tire, high-performance green tire’s rolling resistance can be reduced by 22%~35%, and automobile fuel consumption by 3%~8%. Rare earth butadiene rubber green tires will be the mainstream products on the tire market.

Changchun institute of applied chemistry, Chinese academy of sciences has pioneered the development of rare earth butadiene rubber in the world and has a breakthrough on the core technology of rare-earth metal catalyzed coordination polymerization, preparing high performance green butadiene rubber with high cis content, perfect linear chain structure and ultra-low glass transition temperature.The combination of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and and high performance green butadiene rubber will endow our tires with good flexing resistance, low rolling resistance and high abrasion resistance, which could effectively regulate the "magic triangle" performance. At present high efficiency, stable and low cost

homogeneous rare earth catalyst preparation technology with independent intellectual property rights has been developed, as well as 10000-ton butadiene rubber preparation technology. The technologies of whole set of apparatus have characteristics of safety and environmental protection, preparing the tires with the Eu-double B level in fuel consumption and wet resistance. Project investment is expected to 200 million RMB.

发明了发光寿命可调并与交流电频率匹配的稀土LED发光材料,解决了交流LED发光频闪的世界性难题,在国际上首创具有我国自主知识产权的新一代交流LED白光照明技术,具有散热好、能量转换效率高、体积小等优势,提高寿命1倍以上,能耗和成本分别降低15%和20%以上。产品销往美国、加拿大、墨西哥、西班牙、巴西等国家,合作企业实现销售额超3亿元。荣获2012年度英国工程技术协会(全球第二大国际专业工程学会)“能源创新”和“建筑环境”提名奖,2013年澳大利亚金袋鼠世界创新奖,并入选2013年中国稀土十大科技新闻。

The technology so far has been bestowed by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (the second biggest international society of the professional engineering) for the nomination award of Energy Innovation and Architectural Environment in 2012 and the World Gold Kangaroo Innovation Award in 2013 by Australa. This work was selected Top Ten Chinese Rare Earth Technology News of 2013.
